What you’ll be doing

As a sales manager you’ll have a unique opportunity to work in a growing company that is dedicated to developing data-driven software solutions. You’ll help us reach clients and partners, and close deals on complex and interesting projects.

Your main activities will be to actively seek potential clients, partners, and opportunities and maintain relationships with current clients and partners. Our data detectives will explain everything you want to know about the tech side of our business. Together with them you’ll use the knowledge of data technologies and use cases on a business level, along with your knowledge from various industries to generate a network of hot leads and partners.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT industry as a sales manager or similar position
  • Ability to understand data technologies (Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, Python ML stack, databases and data engineering technologies, cloud) and use cases, understanding our services
  • Understanding the business needs and linking them to data technologies and use cases
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Working experience or deep knowledge about insurance, banking, finance, supply chain, manufacturing or similar industries is a plus

Your responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out and engage customer prospects through live and online networking
  • Reach out to customer leads through targeted and face-to-face communication
  • Coordinate sales efforts with the marketing manager
  • Prepare presentation materials for customer prospects together with the marketing manager and the designer
  • Set up meetings with customer prospects
